We're a premium service — but we believe access to good pet care shouldn't depend on what's in your bank account. If you're disabled, on benefits, or temporarily struggling, please reach out. We help quietly, case-by-case, and we keep your circumstances strictly confidential.
What we can offer
- Reduced rates for proven low-income / disability situations (PIP, ESA, Universal Credit, blue badge, carer's allowance, etc.).
- Flexible payment plans — pay across a few instalments rather than upfront, with no late fees while you stick to the plan.
- Accessible communication — phone, WhatsApp voice notes, large-print invoices, in-person meetings with a carer present, whatever helps.
- Doorstep collection / drop-off if mobility is an issue — no surcharge.
- Emergency / crisis support — if you're in hospital or a temporary crisis and your pet needs care fast, call first, paperwork after.
How to apply
- Email or message Sarah directly (details below). One short note about your situation is enough — we don't need detailed medical or financial records.
- For proof, a photo of any current benefits letter, PIP/DLA award, blue badge or carer's ID is usually all we need.
- We'll come back within 24–48 hours with a tailored plan and rate.
Our promise
- Everything you share is confidential. We never disclose it to anyone, and it never appears on public invoices.
- You will be treated exactly the same as a full-rate client — same standard of care, same attention to detail.
- Support is offered case-by-case. It's not a blanket discount and isn't available to everyone — but if you're struggling and your pet needs us, please ask.
